Our Story

Built by people who have been in your seat

Actus Verto was founded in 2020 by practitioners who had led major transformation programmes from within professional services firms and regulated businesses. Frustrated by the gap between strategic advice and practical delivery, we set out to build a different kind of consulting firm.

Today, we operate from offices in the UK and Spain, serving clients across Legal, Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities & Energy and Public Sector. Our team of consultants all bring deep operational experience from within the sectors we serve.

The name Actus Verto — Latin for 'act and transform' — reflects our founding conviction: that real transformation only happens through action, not analysis.
